Amman. Peter Dutton is considering offering more refugees a chance to live and work in Australia, expanding the temporarily-extended resettlement visa program, after a day he ranked as "one of the best" in his time as Immigration Minister. On Tuesday in Amman Mr Dutton gave out the first refugee visas granted under Australia's temporarily-expanded resettlement program. The visas were handed over personally by the minister to four families: two that fled the war in Syria, and two Christian families who fled Iraq and now want to join relatives already in Australia.
